USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY  You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Website’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify GoDesign of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. GoDesign cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

PRINTING ERROR RESOLUTION  GoDesign does not check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is your responsibility to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly. Before you approve file for printing, make sure that your design does not have errors prior to print that will result in a bad print product. Our file specialists will review files for the following common errors (but ultimate responsibility to check such errors is yours) If you decline the file review service, the design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS ORDERED. GoDesign guarantees prints you order and pay for will be in accordance with CMYK industry standards for pleasing color. We offer no guarantee of “match-print” color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. GoDesign does not guarantee color will match the preview as it appears on a customer’s monitor, because monitor color’s vary. GoDesign is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. We recommend all custom designs be designed in CMYK and uploaded in CMYK. You may also upload in RGB if you choose, but the color will be converted to CMYK and may not be accurate. If you do upload in CMYK, we ask you to design using our preferred color profile for better color accuracy.

  • Not Full Bleed
  • Colors out of the CMYK color
  • Text or important images out of the safe zone
  • Pixilation
  • Visible Template Lines
  • Files with rounded corners designed into image

We will show you an online proof of your job shortly after receiving it in our production department, but actual time will vary depending on our current workload. No job will be sent to press without your approval, so please reply as quickly as possible. Please take note that an online proof is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is a final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. If you determine that you need to submit new files after we have shown you an online proof, you can do so by replying to the email we sent to you with your proofs. You will be instructed on how to re upload your files. By the time your job gets in our hands and we are ready to go to print, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part. We are also not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words in files submitted by customer or jobs approved by customer upon design completion.

MAILING SERVICES
All prices are quoted based on the following general terms and conditions, unless specifically stated otherwise in the written quotation. Prices quoted are based on our understanding of the job specifications given at the time of the request for quotation and are subject to review when pieces have been received. To avoid any misunderstanding, and to ensure that all customer work is processed in an orderly manner, all mailing services instructions should be in writing. Instructions not provided in writing may lead to problems for which we cannot be responsible.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

GoDesign must be contacted via e-mail at contact@godesignbrandingstore.com or by phone at +91 9791212631 within 48 Hours of receiving your order. GoDesign require Scan out photos to show a sampling of the defective product from the front, middle, and end of the package(s) prior to taking any action. If the product is not deemed defective, and customer chooses to keep the product, GoDesign can issue a 50% store credit for the product cost towards a future order. If the product is deemed defective, and of GoDesign error, we will reprint the order with the same delivery terms ordered.GoDesign will provide an order number so that the defective product can be refunded in full, but GoDesign will not be responsible for any additional pick-up or service charges. Orders returned without prior approval will not be eligible for compensation. GoDesign will not provide any compensation for customer errors under the limited warranty on products ordered.
